Santa

Evan never cried, but sat there and starred.

Watching Santa from a distance!

It's Christmas Time!

We went to Nathan's extended family's Christmas dinner and here's a few pictures. There was a special surpise from Santa and he brought toys for all the kids. Elise did NOT want to sit on his lap, but she was quick to tell him that she wanted "Baby Alive and a computer". Poor Emma was sick and sleep most of the time.

Family Time

Tree & Lights!

Ooohhh! Lights!
I caught Emma decorating Elise for Christmas.

Evan is so excited about the tree. He likes to look but so far he doesn't want to touch...yet!

Bella Visits

Bella came to visit and made everyone's day! Elise was so "cited" that she was there!

Box Fun

Elise said Evan got in all by himself, but I think she helped. Her grin gives her away! Evan loves the boxes!

Cookie Monster

Evan got the box of crackers and decided to have a little snack!

Night Time Routine

Elise can read (or be read to) this book over and over. She can even read it to us now! I think she likes the attention from Daddy the best.

Like Father, Like Son

Gloria found Nathan's baby shirt and brought if for Evan. I thought I'd try it on Evan and when I saw him crawling around, it reminded me of this picture of Nathan when he was a little one! I thought it was pretty neat.

Standing Tall

Architect Elise

Newest fun thing to do around here is for Emma and Elise to build tower after tower and tear them down and build them again. It's great to watch them play together.

Elise's First Day of Preschool

This is a close up of those sad eyes! However, looks can be deceiving! She was so excited about going to school today! As soon as she got up and dressed she put her backpack on, even during breakfast. I had to convince her to take it off in her car seat on the way! She kissed me, Nathan, and Evan good-bye and walked right in. We watched through the window for a few minutes and she was doing great. When I picked her up, she was smiling from ear to ear and telling me all about it. The teacher said she was really sweet and really quiet! She hardly talked...must get that from her momma!
